About Us

Heart That Heals, LLC is a state-licensed agency that provides supports and care services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our goal is to deliver comfort, convenience, and safety for our clients as they live their everyday life. Our home and community services are direct services provided to individuals who need assistance in the acquisition, retention, or improvement of skills related to living and working in the community. We aim to provide a safe, enjoyable experience for our residents as they develop their social skills and gain capabilities.
